Why is important to hire a certified professional?

A certification proves the contractor is performing their job to the highest industry standards. You will want a contractor that has proven his/her abilities and knowledge recently and continually. Certification also helps raise industry standards across the board to minimize bad workmanship. Landscape Charlie’s certifications included: MNLA Certified Professional, ISA Certified Arborist, ICPI Certified Installer (Pavers), NCMA SRW Certified Installer (Walls).

When is the best time to have landscaping done?

Landscape Charlie is available year round. There are many factors that will play a role in determining when is the best time. Feel free to give us a call and we can discuss what would be the best time based on your landscaping needs.

How much does Landscaping cost?

What if I have a budget in mind but I’m not sure exactly what I want to do?

We will help you determine what type of landscaping you are drawn to with pictures and descriptions. We will make recommendations based on the architecture of your home, your neighborhood, and industry trends. Once determined, we can bid a project for you all at once, or we phase it out to best suit your preference.

When is the best time to have trees trimmed or pruned?

For most trees any time of year is fine. Oak, Elm and Fruit bearing trees need to be pruned when dormant. A certified and seasoned Arborist should tell you the best time to prune any tree is when you can minimize stress to the tree from many factors: pruning/cutting, climbing, construction traffic, etc…
